Shalom Bet Yeshurun Family!
We are moving forward with the dual plan to hold Worship Services every weekend on Saturdays and Sundays, both online using ZOOM while those who wish to attend in person will meet at the assembly building! HalleluYAH!
Please review the following guidelines which will be in effect during our meeting times:
Saturdays beginning May 30th, 2020: Service will start promptly at 1:30pm. The lesson will be broadcasted via ZOOM starting at 2:30pm.
Sundays beginning May 31st, 2020: Service will start promptly at 3pm. The lesson will be broadcasted via ZOOM starting at 4pm.
Please contact us to be placed on our email list to be notified of the ZOOM "Meeting ID" to join us online.
The use of facemasks and gloves during the meeting times can be exercised at one's own discretion. Please bring with you any of these items that will be required for use by yourselves or your family members.
We are asking that all attendees respect anyone's desire for social distancing. While our love for each other has not lessened during this time, please respect those who prefer to just wave during greetings times verses any other form of contact.
Until further notice, the fellowship meal and communal snacks will be suspended. We will have water available those in attendance. However, you are welcome to bring a personal snack for yourself and your family members as you see fit.
BYA's leadership team will ensure that countertops, tables, etc. are sanitized prior to the start of service, volunteers who wish to support this effort will not be turned away! Hand sanitizer will be available for use by all.
We are requesting that if you are not feeling well, to please refrain from coming to service e.g. above normal temperature, excessive coughing or sneezing), sore throat, etc. Also note that if you're unsure of your temperture or begin to feel ill during services a non-touch thermometer will be available for testing anyone who is unsure of their health status.
If you are unable to attend service, prayer requests can be texted to Sis Asaph (Kim) at 248-245-2825 to be added to the prayer board on the day of service. If an individual/personal prayer is needed outside of service, please make this desire known to Pastor ObadiYAH.
We ask for your prayers and patience as we move forward with the changes to our services. It may take a few weeks to work out all the kinks, so please be overflowing with spiritual fruits of patience and longsuffering! 😊
In HIS service,
BYA Ecclesial Board
